Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Single (3ft) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Bidet, Toilet. Economy 7 heating, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Terrace and patio with garden furniture (shared). Kayaks available (at cost). On road parking 50 yards. No smoking. Please note: The property may not be suitable for the less mobile. Access from the shared terrace via steep steps to shared rocky waterfront patio.. Overlooking Portmellon Bay, on the coastal road, and 50 yards from a sandy beach, this restored 18th-century holiday cottage offers cosy accommodation in the heart of a traditional Cornish seaside village. It is situated on the ground and first floors of a small group of properties (below balcony in photograph) and the sea is only 5 yards away! This property is perfect for walkers, or guests looking to drive around the local area, as public transport is limited. It is less than a half-mile walk away from the fishing village of Mevagissey with its restaurants, inns, shops, fishing trips and boat hire. Ideally situated for the Eden Project near St Austell, 7 miles, with the Lost Gardens of Heligan, one of Cornwall's most popular attractions, 2 miles. Shops ½ mile, seasonal pub 50 yards.
