Warren House is a beautiful Cotswold stone home set in an acre of orchard.We have a hot tub , Sauna and ice plunge to enjoy and we also have a space for treatments It is extremely spacious inside with beautifully landscaped garden and Spa to enjoy. There are gorgeous countryside views over the Cotswolds from every single window. Such a treat !

Inside the house on the ground floor is a large, stylish and open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, great for dinner parties and group socialising with the fire on over New Year, or having the doors open looking out onto the garden in summertime. It also has a downstairs loo. The living room is comfortable for all guests to be in at once but there is also a snug if you wish to use separate spaces . The house really does have two ends so it allows large groups to still feel like there is space and peace if you wish to take it. Outside the garden is approx 1 acre and is ideal for outside dining by the BBQ and the usual fun garden activities during long summer days and evenings. Upstairs there are four bedrooms sleeping up to 10 people. and 4.5 bathrooms 3 of the bedrooms are en suite which includes 4 showers, 1 bath and 4 toilets. When twelve guests are staying the living room has a kingsize sofa bed . All twelve can be sat at the dinner table in the kitchen with the use of an extendable table . The house has off-street parking for up to 6 cars. The entire property is yours to enjoy during your stay including the gardens/orchard. The field can be accessed if there are no live stock grazing at the time of your stay.
