Corby House dates from the 18th Century, and is well-situated within the popular town of Sherborne. This generous three-storey property has spacious rooms throughout and a large garden, and is ideal for gathering all of the family together for a special occasion or celebration.
On the ground floor, the accommodation includes a large well-equipped family kitchen with a spacious dining area, leading through to the first of two sitting rooms with a wood burning stove and a television. The second sitting room also has a television and a piano which guests are invited to play. The staircase off the main hall leads you to the first floor where there are three large bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and also a family bathroom with shower. On the second floor there are two further good-sized bedrooms and a family shower room. The first floor desk and study area are located on a wide landing and ideal for those wishing to pen a first novel.
A garden room with table and chairs sits to the rear of the property with a door leading out to the terrace and the extensive garden beyond. A ground floor cloakroom completes the well-appointed accommodation at Corby House.
To the rear of the property is a large mature walled garden, with a stone-paved terrace and table with chairs. Steps lead up to a further timber decked terrace with a garden sofa, stools and chairs - a perfect spot for relaxing with some refreshments, or for alfresco dining. There are two lawn areas, one ideal for playing croquet, and the second more secluded with a swing seat and bistro set.

The town of Sherborne is well-situated for easy access to all of Dorset and Somerset, and there are numerous National Trust properties and attractions just a short drive away.
