A five minute walk to the (the less crowded) beach at Bracklesham where you will find the award winning beach bar/restaurant 'Billy's on the Beach' and 5 minutes in the other direction - Medmerry RSPB Nature Reserve, with walking/biking paths and wetlands and no cars, perfect for bike riding or dog walks.
The little bustling village of East Wittering is 3 minutes by car with numerous independent grocers, butchers, fish mongers and small supermarkets that open until 10pm as well as surf shops, beach restaurants and coffee shops.
West Wittering is 5 minutes away and offers the best golden sand beaches with dunes on the south coast.
Goodwood and Chichester are just 6 miles away.
The house was remodelled in 2017 and final decoration completed in September 2017. Most of the furniture has been found on trips to Belgium, Holland and Austria.
