Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property was well kept and clean, it was easily accessible from the train station. Local grocery store was a major reason for selecting this property.

Negative: The property lacked basic amenities like a washing machine, iron, basic kitchen supplies like salt, pepper, chilli, cleaning products, kitchen rolls and new dish washing sponges. The lounge area had ample space but not enough seating options like sofas, we were a family of 5 and only 3 sofa seats were there. The garage was useless as there was trash and cardboard boxes in the garage which rendered it useless. And lastly if a fence could be installed in the backyard it would help with privacy and security as it felt really uncomfortable without a fence because people walking by can directly see inside and we had to keep the curtains closed for our entire stay.

Summary: It was good but could be improved.
