The estate is located on the outskirts of the town of Limoux, in the heart of Cathar country, in nature, and in an environment known for its relatively cool summer. Ideal starting base for many hikes and discoveries for both natural and cultural. The vicinity of the famous city of Carcassonne and the well-known Canal du Midi (all 2 World Heritage Sites by UNESCO), Cathar castles and the mysterious Abbey of Rennes le Château, show a very rich heritage certainly . Nature is everywhere: large forests, hiking trails, mountain bike trails, water sports, tennis ... and here you are at the heart of a great wine, the Blanquette de Limoux.
The 250 m² farmhouse, located in an area of over 1 hectare, is comfortably furnished for 8 people. You have a private swimming pool of 8mx4m with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 1.60m. Protected by a barrier, it is open from May to the end of September.
At ground floor: entrance hall, large living room with fireplace, spacious kitchen, 1 kingsize bedroom with private bathroom and WC. Beautiful stone staircase.
On 1st floor: 1 queensize bedroom with private bathroom and WC also, 1 double bedroom en suite room with 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom and WC.
