St Anne's Manor is located in the Meadfoot area of Torquay. This means that it is about a fifteen minute walk down to Torquay Harbour with all of its bars, cafes and restaurants as well as Torquay town centre and the main seafront promenade. The Meadfoot area is a peaceful, prosperous neighbourhood. It is also close to Meadfoot beach which is just a ten minute walk from the property. This was one of Agatha Christie's favourite beaches and today boasts a variety of water sports and a beach cafe that opens all year round.

There is also an enormous kitchen / diner which can comfortably accommodate all ten guests. The ground floor also features a TV room for snug nights in with a favourite movie.
