In the idilic town of Peebles, situated in the Scottish Borders sits a self contained newly refurbished 1 bed holiday let, with access to a sofa bed. The sofa bed is the second double bed. Tastefully decorated with all new furnishings. Extremely close to local amenities and popular mountain bike trails (Glentress) and Go Ape. Peebles has a busy high street popular with tourists, sitting alongside the River Tweed. Only 45 mins away from Edinburgh city center with good transport links.
The space
High Trees is just a few minutes walk to Tesco and less than 8 minutes walk from the high street. Guests can cycle straight to Glen Tress with the majority of it on cycle paths. Guests enter through the main front door and have there own entrance to the flat, there is a lock box for the key so check in times are flexible. I am lucky enough to live in a beautiful part of the world and hope my guests agree and enjoy their stay. There is a lovely outdoor space that guests can use. I also provide a travel cot (not the bedding) and a high chair on request.
