Spacious 1st floor fully equipped self catering apartment. Sleeps 5. Consists of Lounge, Dining room, Kitchen, Bathroom, with shower only which has been fully refurbished in January 2023. 1 Twin bedroom on the first floor, 1 Double and 1 Single bedroom on the upper floor. The apartment has an internal stair from the street and an internal stair to 2 of the bedrooms.
Private parking is available through a narrow close. This is NOT suitable for large vehicles. There is ample public parking within walking distance. The apartment has gas central heating and all radiators have individual thermostats. Electricity is included in the rental price up to a maximum usage of £3 per day. Anything above this will be payable on departure. The meter is prepaid and you will only pay for what you use. All towels and bed linens are supplied.
In light of the ongoing Covid 19 situation, I would like to assure all of our guests that our already stringent cleaning schedule used in changeovers has been ramped up. The cleaning chemicals used for our cleaning tasks are fit for purpose in sanitising surfaces which could harbour possible contagion.
We will ensure all points of contact, door handles, light switches etc. are cleaned down and this coupled with the staffs own personal hygiene of hand washing should keep this at bay.
