Summary: Mediocre at best. Most disappointing stay in our 14day Scotland trip. We did not receive a code to enter building and after 20 minutes we were fortunate someone came to enter. No breakfast included unless you booked directly not through Expedia. Never came across this before at a bed n breakfast. I would not recommend this highly as there are so many more lovely places to stay.
