The ground floor accommodation is completed by a shower room with walk-in shower, WC and basin and a lovely double bedroom with zip/link bed. Upstairs are a further 3 bedrooms, 1 twin and 2 doubles, all of a generous size with the master bedroom boasting an en-suite. There's also a further family bathroom with bath tub, WC and basin. All the bedrooms enjoy lovely views over the village and garden. Auburn House is decorated to a very high standard throughout. Outside, there's ample off road parking for several cars and a lovely landscaped garden. The patio area is ideal for a cup of coffee in the morning or a relaxing glass of wine after a hard day's sightseeing and the whole garden is a lovely peaceful place. If you're keen to explore the excellent cycling trails, there's plenty of secure storage for bikes. Auburn House is in a very convenient village location with the local pub and restaurant just a short stroll away. Helmsley, just under 3 miles away, has a lovely mix of independent shops, galleries and boutiques plus bars and restaurants offering everything from fine dining to award-winning delis.
