The ground floor, approx. 55 m², is divided into the following rooms: a living room with flat-screen TV (additional German and children's channels via satellite) and a double sofa, spacious chair and ottoman; next to that, a bedroom with a double bed; a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dining area and a bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Each bedroom naturally has a storage cupboard. A cot and dining chair are also available in the house. Free internet (Wifi) in and around the house and at the restaurant/bar. Parking is about 30 metres from the house and a trolley is available to transport your belongings.
The approximately 16m2 terrace has outdoor dining table for 6 and a bbq. In the garden you will find a cosy open gazebo with a luxury lounge set. The garden is fenced and therefore perfectly suitable for children and dogs. Free views over the polder landscape, where pheasants, ducks and sometimes even a deer can be seen.
The park offers various facilities, including a café/restaurant, cycle hire, Kids4fun club, trampoline, basketball, all-weather tennis court, table tennis, football pitch, volleyball, badminton, bowling alley, playground with swing/slide/climbing frame etc. and an outdoor swimming pool with children's pool. Depending on weather conditions, the pool is open from June to September. Guests have free use of all these facilities.
