The ground floor accommodation consists of a superb newly-fitted kitchen with island unit and opening out into a lovely private conservatory dinner,all finished with porcelain-tiled flooring. The dining area has table and chairs which can seat up to 8 persons
The kitchen leads directly through lounge area, all newly fitted with oak wood flooring.
Large lounge includes a 49” Smart TV and comfortable seating with cosy wood-burner. Double patio doors open out into the enclosed and secluded rear garden with open fields beyond.
The ground floor double bedrooms is fitted with a standard double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and wall-mounted TV. This bedrooms has an en suite bathroom included overhead shower, WC and wash-handbasin. There is also a separate ground floor WC with wash-hand basin.
The stairs lead up to the two first floor double bedrooms Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both fitted with twin single ziplock beds which can be made into large double beds, each room has a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. There is ample room for a baby cot in each room. The bathrooms is fitted with overhead shower, WC and wash-hand basin.
The external garden has a lovely secluded decking area with barrel sauna and hot tub, and there is garden seating and a barbecue.
Parking space for 3-4 cars.
