Summary: Room (52) was in poor condition. Shower was sporadic and unusable. This was due to leisure facilities according to staff. Room was fairly clean but in dire need of basic refurbishment. Bed was comfortable enough. Tv was not working originally and no coffee available which I had to go to reception to remedy both issues Food at restaurant was decent and I’d say decent value. Staff were friendly however durning dinner period all the waitress were just stood around chatting amongst themselves and we had to go up and prompt them to offer us a drink. Then after that we had to go up and prompt them again to take our food order.. breakfast was a decent standard with no complaints. Swimming pool and gym facilities were decent and a good effort was made with the hallowe’en decorations. Location is good. Unfortunately I would not wish to stay here again due to the basic needs of a hotel room not being met.
