Positive: Large rooms two bathrooms and lots of storage. Lovely park location. Lots of wildlife visits. Ducks Rabbits very cute and beautiful tended lakes

Negative: Hot tub was tricky to get in as the step wasn’t on the right side. There were stains on the bathroom radiator

Summary: Lovely location close to Pocklington.
