This attractive cottage is set in the charming village of Georgeham. Just two miles from Croyde Bay and just a short distance from the beautiful and popular surfing beach of Putsborough (where the sand extends 3 miles to Woolacombe).

The attractive, periodsitting room provides comfortable seating and a smart TV. The modern kitchen/dining room has all the necessary features for your comfort and convenience, including a table and chairs seating up to 6 people. A stable door provides access to the rear courtyard. Children are made to feel very welcome at Box Cottage with some family gamesprovided.
Sleeping
The property has a master bedroom with king size bed, a twin bedroom, and a third bedroom with a double bed. This property does not accept infants in excess of the property's total occupancy.

To the first floor, there is a lovely family bathroom with a shower over the bath, wash basin, and WC.

There is a rear courtyard area with table & chairs for morning coffee, a further gravelled seating area with a picnic bench, off road parking for 1 large or two small cars.

There is a refundable security deposit of £100 payable with the final balance (not applicable to Airbnb bookings) - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.
It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.
