Summary: The hotel is well located to start visiting Nijmegen by foot, the building is beautiful and the rooms are well equiped. The first large room had a disgusting smell from the bathroom which made it impossible to stay. We were offered to change to another room of the same size. Both rooms had not been as clean as we expected (especially around the trash bin and in the shower). For breakfast we ordered a hot chocolate which took around 30 minutes to arrive. The used milk was sour and overdue and caused stomach problems afterwards only after a nip. The staff assured that the milk was just opened and that the due date was not in the past. After complaining we got another drink which was okay. The manager gave us a call and apologised for the bad experience.
