Positive: The accommodation exceeded my expectations: it was very clean, well appointed and laid out. Hosts' communication was clear and prompt. I was offered a complimentary interim clean, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen was well equipped and the water pressure in the bathrooms was great.

Negative: The location suited me well: I prefer driving out to visit sites while on holiday as opposed to staying in the middle of towns. That said, it is worth bearing in mind that the accomodation is on the outskirts of St Ives, and the walk to town is down a steep hill with sometimes narrow sidewalks. The accommodation is also very close to a country road, so the occasional loud bike is audible in the road-facing bedroom (1 of 3).
