The open plan living dining area is situated on the ground floor and includes two leather sofas and a large smart TV. The countryside views from the large widow overlook the beautiful Rosewall Hill. The dining table seats up to six guests and is perfect for large family dinners or for that special occasion. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, double electric oven, four ring gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine and frother, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a small kitchen table which seats up to three guests. A cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin is situated on the ground floor.
The master bedroom offers a super king-sized bed, wall mounted smart TV and ample storage. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, wash hand basin and WC. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, ample storage and a wall mounted smart TV. The third bedroom has two single beds, ample storage and a wall mounted smart TV. The family bathroom with a bath and an overhead rainfall shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. There is a private, enclosed garden with a small patio area to the front, a wonderful sanctuary where you can enjoy a glass of wine, dine al fresco, and enjoy the Cornish sunshine. A small, gravelled area to the back, ideal for hanging your wetsuit and storing your beach equipment after a busy beach day.
