Amazing house (1869 sq ft) just a few steps from the famous Hive Beach. Backing onto open fields the house has off road parking for several vehicles and large comfortable living spaces. Two of the four bedrooms have access to the spacious balcony with wonderful views over fields to the hills and sea beyond. Sleeping arrangements are flexible, depending on your needs. We have a bunk bedded room with a full sized cot and there are two further fold out beds for children aged up to 10/12. There are three further double bedrooms, two with king sized beds and one with a double bed and single bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite with bath. Separate shower room serving bedrooms. Downstairs cloakroom. Very large kitchen leading onto spacious dining room and raised seating area with sea views (50 ft in length, see floorplan) From here, a door leads through to the large and comfortable sitting room (35 feet in length) which has five panel bifold doors to the large garden and three comfortable sofas. Now TV Sports Package included with Sky Sports.

Children's play area with swing and Climbing Frame.
Great walks from the front door- no need to drive. The village is 10 minutes walk away with two great pubs which both serve very good food -The Three Horseshoes and The Anchor. There is a garage with shop attached and Post Office all a short walk from the house. Bridport is an 8 minute drive away with a great market on Wednesday and Saturday and loads of non -chain interesting shops.
