Stunning Sussex renovated period barn in the heart of the Ashburnham Vale, sleeps up to 10 people, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large open plan living area with a central featured fireplace incorporating a log burner, this area is open to the roof with original beams, overlooking a kitchen / dining room, and separate laundry room. The layout of the barn consists of three bedrooms downstairs. There is a standard double room with a wet room attached. The other two bedrooms consist of a children's bedroom, which has two bunk beds with a pull out single mattress and a single bed. The other double bedroom has a 5ft kingsize bed. The family bathroom is also on the ground floor with a large bath, toilet and sink.
On the top floor there is the master suite with an impressive vaulted ceiling and a superking 6ft French bed with an ensuite shower room. This barn will easily accommodate two families comfortably, especially with the large open plan living room area leading down to the kitchen / dining area. There are French doors opening out onto a patio with table chairs perfect for alfresco dining on a summer’s evening. A new addition to our barn is a games room, with a full size table tennis table, pool table and a football table the ultimate family entertainment rooom.
