Cyclists & walkers paradise with many cycle routes directly from the Farmhouse and incredible walks on your doorstep.
The farmhouse offers 4 double bedrooms with 1 superking, 1 king and 2 twin bedded rooms. Two ensuite bathrooms and one family bathroom. The house has been renovated and decorated to a 5 star rating and the kitchen is a huge family kitchen living room with a large island with bar stool seating for 3. Kitchen dining table for 8 and with the comfort of a log burner in both the kitchen and living room. Access straight out into the secluded sheltered garden directly from the kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a large larder to stock everything you would need for a week or weekend away. The living room also has a log burner, flat screen Smart TV and a log burner. Cosy up with a roaring fire after a long day of walking and sight seeing.
There is a large hall way with a downstairs cloakroom and a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.

Externally there is a private entrance and parking for 4 cars and a large secluded private garden. The farmhouse is part of an old farm steading and there are two other properties in close proximity with a sheltered communal courtyard for all to enjoy. Hutton Wandesley Estate is a family owned traditional farming Estate with mixed arable farming. There is a private shoot so from September to February please don’t worry if you hear or see some guns and shooting. There are plenty of walks straight from the door. There is also a resident barn owl at the bottom of the garden who sits on the fence every evening. If you fancy a week away to recharge this is the spot for you.
