Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location is convenient for buses and trains to Brighton, and very convenient if you need to visit Shoreham. The area is quiet, parking is available, and there is everything required as regards kitchen and bathroom. The host is very responsive and helpful.

Negative: Privacy is a bit limited with it being shared facilities and the bathroom and kitchen were not spotlessly clean.

Summary: Good value shared accommodation a half hour bus / train ride from Brighton city centre.
