There are 4 bedrooms in total, 1 master bedroom ensuite in the old dovecote on a two tiered level with a mezzanine within the bedroom overlooking unspoilt countryside. On the ground floor there are a further 3 bedrooms. 1 king ensuite wheelchair friendly, 2 further ground floor bedrooms share a family bathroom. 1 king and 1 twin bedded room. There is underfloor heating throughout the living area. There is a large entrance hall and boot room which leads onto a very large open plan kitchen living room. A fabulous kitchen with L shaped island overlooks the dining area. The L-shaped sofa surrounds a large log burner and creates a fantastic area to relax and watch television or read a book. There is a 50” Smart TV and Sonos music system. Large bi-folding doors open onto a large terrace and extensive south-west facing garden. A courtyard door leads from the dining area onto the centralised courtyard. There is also a large utility and ground floor cloakroom.
Dovecote Barn has been designed to a beautifully designed contemporary barn. Large open truss beams in the kitchen living really show the barn off to how old barns can be fantastic comfortable contemporary homes. The perfect place for large family gatherings.
