Just a 10 minute drive from the Glastonbury festival, we offer a haven of peace and tranquility in the heart of rural Somerset. Our home is luxuriously furnished and comes with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, three spacious reception rooms and a super spacious 36 ft kitchen dining area for entertaining.
The Court is set in the middle of the pretty village of Alhampton, an ideal getaway for a multi-generational family or a group of friends. It has a large enclosed garden for enjoying long summer evenings.
The house is well laid out with plenty of space to enjoy for large house parties. The kitchen is well appointed with a 5-door electric Everhot oven, 2x fridges, a dishwasher and a large island for food preparation.
On the first floor is the master bedroom plus two guest doubles and two bathrooms, both with showers and one with a large built-in rolltop bath.
On the second floor is another large guest double and a good sized twin room with a third pullout bed. There is also a third bathroom with a free standing rolltop bath.
The garden is very large and enclosed, with a nice flat lawn for children to play on. There is also a large terrace for al fresco drinks and dining.
It is a truly magical home, with great access to Castle Cary train station, Glastonbury, Bruton and other fantastic Somerset destinations.
