Holiday Villa Valentine is a beautiful family home in an ideal, quiet location at the edge of the "De Manteling" nature reserve and close to the beach.
The large garden has a tennis court and plenty of opportunities for children to play.
The house can be booked for a maximum of 12 people, including a maximum of 6 adults (in consultation 2 extra seniors), 4 children (age 1-17) and 2 babies (age 0-1).

1. The villa is a real family house and therefore groups and young people under 28 are not allowed.
2. Pets are unfortunately not allowed
3. Rental of bed linen and towels is obligatory. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby cot.
5. The deposit will be returned to your bank account as soon as possible, but in any case within two weeks of your stay.
This attractive villa has been beautifully renovated, using the finest materials. A place where you and your family can enjoy, eat, play, relax and completely unwind. The beach is nearby. Walking (with the handcart) through the forest area you are there in about fifteen minutes and by bike in five minutes. The center of Oostkapelle is also about five minutes by bike. The fashionable seaside resort of Domburg is also nearby, where you can play golf.
Layout:
You enter the villa in the hall which gives access to the living room. This is tastefully decorated, has a warm atmosphere and offers space for relaxation, tranquility and conviviality. (fire place not in use) There is also a TV room with a large number of games.
The separate kitchen is luxurious and fully equipped. Here you can all enjoy a delicious meal at the long dining table. (wood stove not in use)
There are five bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in holiday villa Valentine. On the ground floor is a double bedroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms, one bathroom en-suite and a second bathroom. There is another bedroom on the second floor.
Next to the villa there is a very nice guest house / garden house in the garden. This is completely complete and, just like the villa, very attractively furnished. The guest house has a living room with a small kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
In the garden there is a playhouse, playground equipment with slide and swing. There is no longer a football field, there is a professional tennis court here.
There are private parking spaces for up to 3-4 cars on site.
Villa Valentine is very suitable to inhabit as a family home with grandpa, grandma, children and grandchildren, but also and lovely place to stay with three couples.
