Summary: Front door broken. Poor signage thru rear door access. Decking in walkway, difficult to see at night. Trip hazard Lift broken. Numerous stairs to negotiate, both up and down to room. No disabled access. Difficult to operate door lock. Closes and dead bolt engages. Awkward to exit in an emergency or fire. Toilet door on bedroom side filthy dirty in need of a clean. No regular coffee, only decaff. No white sugar, only brown. Light above bed does not work. Taps in bathroom old and worn. Difficult to operate. Shower riser located in a ridiculous position, would suit a person 8 ft tall. Tried to order breakfast the previous evening, was told to order it next day. Tried to order it at Breakfast time, was told there'd be a 20 min delay as it hadn't been pre ordered. Orange squash, no orange juice. No butter, no alternative offered. Supplier blamed. Obvs too difficult to get some from local supermarket.
