Positive: I really liked this location. It's only 5 minutes to walk to the station, which is on the met line, so it's great to get into central. Annie, the manager, was fantastic in her replies. We had a problem with the old beds being very uncomfortable, as was mentioned in earlier reviews, and she promptly ordered new ones for us. Also, the toilet was leaking, and within the hour, she had the plumber there to fix the toilet. I had just fled from a house in Northolt, where the owner would not fix the broken boiler and was stuck without hot water for about 10 days. So Annie's responsiveness to our problems was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Annie! Also, having a car park, even if it was only for about 3 cars, was a great addition.

Negative: Having fled my previous booking due to not being able to shower for 10 days, I was truly desperate, and I didn't filter out that I needed a non-smoking flat. Smoking inside is very common in the UK, and that's not something I had expected, as in Canada, inside is purely non-smoking. Unfortunately, that is something that I didn't enjoy as the smoke from the other flats comes up into this top flat. However, if you do smoke, or are used to it, then this flat is definitely for you. The flat is also on a main road, so it does get quite noisy in the 2 rooms that face the road, so just be sure to bring ear plugs. The stairs are, as other reviews have pointed out, quite steep. So if you are very mobility challenged, then this might be a little difficult for you. The car park- although absolutely amazing to have, the neighbours often park in there and block us in. I did have to move/ ask others to move as the neighbours would park in a way that would completely block the driveway. The shower doesn't like to drain very much.
