Apple cottage has been transformed from what was once an old cob and stone barn into a beautiful Eco-friendly cottage, tastefully renovated with modern country cottage interior. A welcoming open plan living space is warmed not only by Eco friendly heating central and underfloor heating, but also with a wood burning stove, making it an ideal out of season rural escape. There are two first floor bedrooms offering versatile sleeping and a modern shower room. Outside a little area with table and chairs is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and parking is opposite. A trip into the nearby market town of Crediton will take less than 7 minutes where you will find a good selection of shops, pubs and supermarkets. The village pub at Coleford, The New Inn can be reached on foot in 20 mins.
