Positive: The location was great.

Negative: There was an issue with the shower drainage- we had water leaking out of the shower and into the kitchen. It was obviously not a new issue as you could see marks on the floor. They did come quickly and look at it but it didn’t completely fix the issue. The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were terrible. The Internet was useless. They treat it like an Airbnb and asked us to empty rubbish and strip sheets afterwards. It was a hefty deposit of $500 which took a few days to be returned. Only 1 key was provided and you had to lock a hall door when leaving or arriving. It was extremely unsafe if anyone stayed home as they didn’t have a key and were literally trapped in the apartment. It is a huge safety issue.

Summary: Good location but lots of change needed to make it comfortable.
