Positive: the views are amazing and if you like to hike there are several trails on the doorstep. big driveway so easy to park and turn around in. comfortable beds and pillows

Negative: difficult to get out of the driveway, quite dangerous as on main road. There is a mirror on the opposite side of the road and you must be very careful
