Summary:
A Spacious, recently extended 4-bedroom house in a peaceful neighbourhood in Cambridge with a large garden and parking space for up to 2 vehicles. Up to 2 well behaved pets are welcome, but we ask for £35 per pet per week. The property is about 15 mins walk to Addenbrookes Hospital and the Biomedical Campus. It is located just 5min. away from the nearest bus stop on Queen Edith's Way (Bus 1 & 2) to the City Centre. Booking with us gives you access to discounts and/or freebies at local cafe's and attraction!
The Space:
This property is an extended, detached four bedroom house set over two floors:
The ground floor is made up of mainly the large kitchen/dining room which spans the full depth of the property with plenty of light coming in at both front & back. At the front there is also a comfortable lounge and at the back a large sitting room with bi-folding doors through which you will be able to access the patio area of the garden. Through the sitting room you can access the 'game room' with a pool table and on the opposite side you can find the utility room with a Miele washing machine and a dryer. Also on this floor there is a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs there are four spacious double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom with separate bath and shower is also on this level. The master bedroom has a smart TV and its own walk-in cupboard leading to the ensuite.

Very quiet neighbourhood with no thorough through traffic!
Getting Around:
There is good public transport links by bus only a 5 minutes walk on Queen Edith's Way.
The city centre is approximately a 15 minute drive away and 45 minute walk.
Distances: City Centre 1.75 miles, Addenbrooke's Hospital/Biomedical Campus 0.75 of a mile, Mainline Railway Station (King's Cross and Liverpool Street lines) 1.25 miles, M11 (junction 11) 3 miles, (distances are approximate).
Other Things to Note:
For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. This will have to be agreed in writing via messages before your check-in date. Should you decline this offer, at your check out date, if our clean team will have to spend longer than their contracted hours to bring the property back to its original condition, you will be liable for the additional charges.
