Elegant furnishings and travertine tile throughout give the unit a sophisticated yet comfortable feel. The living area seats 8 and includes plush Flex Steel Powered Leather Recliners. There is a 70in SAMSUNG 4K SMART TV!! The kitchen is fully furnished to include a standard coffee maker as well as a KEURIG and h been remodeled with Gray Granite counter tops and Gray Cabinets. The appliances are stainless steel to include a WHIRLPOOL DOUBLE CONVECTION OVEN. The wet bar has NEW Gray Granite counter tops and an ICE MAKER. There is a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with views of the Gulf and access to the large balcony. The master bath has a large whirlpool tub, separate shower, large double vanity, and large walk-in closet. There is a 55in VIZIO 4k SMART TV! Bedroom 2 is a huge 2nd master suite with an adjoining bath as well as a private balcony. It has a 60in VIZIO SMART TV! Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed and an adjoining private bath. There is a 50in Vizo Smart TV! Bedroom 4 has TWO FULL beds with a bath that also connects to the hall. It has a 40in SMART 4K TV! The Very Large balcony has panoramic 180 deg views, comfortably accommodates 11 and overlooks the large outdoor pool, the Gulf of Mexico and the SUGAR white beach. There is a large outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, sauna, exercise room and barbecue grills for guest's use. It has an assigned, covered parking space. There are nine exceptional golf courses in the area, excellent Gulf and backwater fishing, great dining, and fantastic shopping at the nearby outlet mall.
