This beautifully appointed detached property boasts a large driveway for four cars, a lawn at the front and a fully enclosed secluded garden at the rear. The comfortable sitting room is snug and cosy, perfect for an evening in watching a film with large plush sofas, a wood burning stove and wall mounted Smart television. Across the hall, enter into a spacious, fully-fitted kitchen equipped with all the items needed for great family dining and entertaining. There is also a large breakfast bar with stools, ideal for a quick coffee, and an adjoining second sitting/snug room creating that warm and welcoming family space. The fabulous sun room/dining room, with its large table and seating for ten people is ideal for a dinner party or family celebration. At the far end of this room is an additional seating area, ideal for the little ones, with a corner sofa and television. The rear of the house has a generous conservatory complete with rattan chairs and sofas over-looking the garden and hot tub. Leading off the dining room, one step leads down to the large garage where you can find the table tennis. The garage also houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra WC, and is a great area for storing your surf boards/bikes and for drying wet suits and swimwear.
On the ground floor are three bedrooms, all tastefully decorated; whilst upstairs is the master bedroom suite with a Juliet glazed balcony and views to the sea.
In the rear garden is the studio bedroom, a self-contained annexe, perfect for couples wanting a little more privacy. It has a beach hut theme inside with wooden floors and french doors opening onto the decking. Inside is a king-size bed, a small seating area, tea making facilities and its own en-suite shower room. Next door to the studio bedroom is a relaxing 8-seater hot tub which is situated in a covered garden room with doors that open out onto the decking. This is sure to be very popular with guests of all ages and at all times of the year.
