Sitting at the bottom of Victoria Street - one of the city’s most beautiful and photographed streets in the city, and home to numerous independent restaurants and cafes, historic pubs, quirky boutiques, and specialist shops. With all of the main attractions just outside your door, you’re perfectly placed for a visit to Scotland’s capital.
The lounge featuring a Juliet balcony is comfortably furnished with a cosy sofa, dining table and chairs, flat-screen TV and offers unlimited complimentary WiFi. Just across the hall is the bright, modern kitchen where you’ll find everything you need to cater your holiday, including microwave, oven/hob, fridge and washing machine. The welcoming, roomy bedroom offers a comfy double bed, and a smart, white family bathroom with an over-bath shower completes this fabulously located holiday home.

This property doesn't come with free parking but there is limited paid street parking in the local area for an additional fee. Alternatively, there is private parking facilities available at the NCP Car Park on Castle Terrace.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
