A beautifully refurbished and spacious four bedroom holiday home, set amongst the trees and open spaces of Trevithick Court, Tolroy Manor.
23 Trevithick Court is a great property for families and friends to gather in and enjoy the attractions of West Cornwall. With comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests which includes two double bedrooms and two twins, open plan fitted kitchen, living and dining space and two shower rooms. Enjoying the on-site facilities such as a swimming pool, shop and playground, as well as being just over a mile from the amenities of Hayle and the stunning beaches of St. Ives bay, 23 Trevithick Court is a great base from which to explore West Cornwall. Your well behaved family dogs are welcome.
Ground Floor:
Open Plan Living Area - With comfy sofas and easy chair, a dining table and chairs, wall mounted heaters, plus TV, door to the front of the property and french windows.
Kitchen - Fully equipped with fridge, electric oven and hob with extractor, microwave and all crockery and utensils.
Bedroom 1 - With a double bed, built in wardrobe and cupboards TV, wall mounted heater and door to rear of property.
Shower Room - A large shower cubicle with a rainfall shower and hand held option, basin with vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC.
The ground floor also has widened doors suitable for wheelchair users. Please contact the office if you would like to arrange ramps
First Floor:
Shower Room - With a shower cubicle, basin with vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC.
Bedroom 2 - With a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside units, wall mounted heater and TV.
Bedroom 3 - Side-by-side (European style) twin beds, wall mounted heater and vanity unit with drawers.
Bedroom 4 - Two single beds with bedside drawers, wall mounted heater, plus a vanity unit and drawers.
Please note if you are bringing more than one dog, a £100 refundable security deposit is required.
Additional Facilities: The ground floor is fitted with wide doors for wheelchair access to the bedroom and shower room. The downstairs shower room has a high level W.C and is fitted with handrails for ease of access. A wheelchair ramp can be provided upon request to assist with ground-floor access, if required. There is no disabled access to the first floor.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9 am-5 pm Monday - Saturday and 9 am-1 pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours' contact number for us too.
EV Charging
There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.

The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.

Hayle itself is around 1 miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.
For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various water sports along St. Ives Bay.
