Situated a short walk from Hinksey Park and close to the centre, this is a lovely 2 bedroom house with plenty of light and spacious areas. It has 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen leading to the garden.
Local facilities include Hinksey Park with open air swimming pool, tennis courts and two supermarkets, all within walking distance. Close to a city cycling route, through the park and along the river to Folly Bridge and the new Westgate Shopping Centre.
My house is located in a quite residential area away from the main road. We are close to a park where you can go for lovely walks.
The next bus stop into town is a 5 min walk away. It takes about 20 min to talk to the City Centre.

Early Check-in and Late Check-Out Policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances require a little more flexibility when arriving or leaving, so we offer the possibility of an early check-in and/or late check-out, subject to availability. However, please note the following charges apply:
Early Check-In Fee: £15 for every additional hour or part thereof before the standard check-in time (3pm).
Late Check-Out Fee: £15 for every additional hour or part thereof beyond the standard check-out time (11am).
To ensure smooth transitions for all our guests, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you anticipate needing an early check-in or a late check-out. If this causes an inconvenience to incoming or outgoing guests, we may need to decline the request.
