Welcome to Rodgers Land - The Bungalow, comfortable cottage not too far from Pilgrim Hospital and Boston Town Center, but also in the quiet outskirts of the countryside, in the Parish of Fishtoft in Boston, Lincolnshire. This spacious bungalow offers a 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom haven, perfect for families, friends, contractors, or anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Plenty of parking, just pull up, unload, and let the relaxation begin. Free fibre fast broadband. Large kitchen/diner/living room with log burner, all with underfloor heating too! Ovens, grill, gas hobs, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and all the cutlery crockery pots and pans etc for you to cook up your perfect dish! Tea, coffee and sugar is provided, along with salt and pepper. In the conservatory there is a pool table and small library which leads out into the secure garden. To the rear of the property is another garden with a patio entertainment area with a brick bbq, seating area and a Finnish log burning hot tub underneath the pergola. We provide free wood for the BBQ and for the log burning hot tub! In your welcome folder will explain how to fill, heat and empty your hot tub!
The main bathroom boasts a large jacuzzi bath and a large rainfall shower, toilet and sink. We provide body wash. Bedrooms: 4 double beds, 1 king bed with an en-suite and 1 single bed (the additional sofa bed can be available on requested only). All professional bedding and towels are provided. We have a washing machine (please bring your own detergents) and a dishwasher which we will provide the dishwasher tablets. We also supply fairy liquid, sponges, tea-towels, toilet roll, kitchen roll, tin foil.
The best feature of this property is the large country style kitchen/dining area boasting a log burner which gives it that homely feel and not forgetting the underfloor heating. We have tried to make this bungalow a 'Home from home'. Leading off the kitchen is the lovely, peaceful conservatory with underfloor heating and roman style mosaic stoned flooring where you can chill out and maybe read a book from the small library, or maybe challenge your partner to a game of pool!
From the Conservatory doors you will be in the front secured garden. The rear garden consists of a large brick bbq, patio area, pergola and 2 garden benches, with a Finnish Log Burning Hot Tub!
Another fab feature is the very large spa bath situated in a quality tiled bathroom which also has a large walk in shower with a rainfall shower head.
The large driveway can fit up to 6 vehicles. A relaxed area set amongst agricultural land. It is in a fantastic location as you can turn left to go towards Skegness or turn right to go towards the Lincolnshire Wolds or straight on towards Boston, Spalding and Peterborough. Only 3 miles from The Pilgrim Hospital.
