Totnes, a handsome market town in the South Hams, is easily reached and river cruises can be taken from here down to Dartmouth during the summer months. Head down to the coast where there are many villages and towns including Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Noss Mayo and Dartmouth, all with their own charm and attractions. Bird watching, horse riding, golf and fishing can all be found locally. Beach 6 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
