These self catering cottages are situated in the beautiful Derbyshire village of Barlow, on the edge of the Peak District National Park and close to the South Yorkshire border. Mill Farm provides a superb base for both holiday breaks and business visits. The four cottages are close to the village and set in 50 acres of conservation pastures and woodland teeming with birds and wildlife and eight fishing lakes.

The gaps between the spindles on the staircase are more than 10cm, extra care may be needed if you have small children in the party. There may be farm vehicles in the area as this is a working fish farm
We would like to inform you we are currently carrying out maintenance to our barn adjacent to our holiday cottages, we are of course doing our upmost to avoid and distrubtion to your stay and we are keeping working ours to a minimum.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9-4 and the works will be taking place from 19th March - 13th April.
