Highfields Barn is a beautiful barn conversion located in a rural area, with fantastic views across the valley over the Peak District. The barn dates back to the 1600’s where is was originally used to house livestock during the winter months with hay stored above.
The barn offers comfortable and cosy accommodation for up to eight guests, in four bedrooms with three bathrooms available. There is a ground floor super kingsize bedroom available with a shower room. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor, a super kingsize with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a further super kingsize bed which can be made into a twin room, and a third shower room. On the ground floor, there is a farmhouse kitchen with all the appliances you should need and a large dining table to seat the guests, a utility room with freezer space and a washing machine, and a living room which has a warming wood burner and TV to relax in front of at the end of your busy day. Outside the front of the property is a patio area with picnic benches where you can enjoy your morning coffee taking in the views. There is parking for up to four cars.
Within close proximity to the barns is the nearest town of Leek around 4 miles away where a variety of shops can be found, the nearest pub is 2 miles away serving delicious home cooked food. The barn is situated within the Staffordshire Moorlands and on the Southern edge of the Peak District National Park. Ideally located to explore the limestone dales of the White Peak in the South, and the rugged Dark Peak to the North.

There are plenty of walking, climbing and biking opportunities to help you explore and enjoy this lovely area.
