🛋 Sofa Bed Linen Fee – If you’d like to use the sofa bed, there is a small linen fee of £14.50. This covers the extra laundry and housekeeping required to prepare it.
⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out – Subject to availability, we can offer early arrivals or later departures at £20 per hour. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange this with our housekeeping team.
👶 Family Pack – Travelling with children? We can provide a high chair and travel cot (please bring your own sheets) for £19.95 per stay.

For even more fun,we have a dining table that converts into a pool table that can also convert into a ping pong table and dining space, making it the perfect spot for friendly competition and socializing!

Our Beautiful Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a family home. A washer/ dryer, oven, microwave and more!
PERFECT FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:
We provide the convenience of a washer/dryer and a clothes drying rack, ideal for those on extended trips.
Guests will receive a 10% discount for 1 week stays.
Guests will receive a 20% discount for 1 month stays or more.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For your convenience, we offer fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, shampoo and soaps. A hoover is also provided.
