Lyme Regis is a bustling seaside town, and the picturesque village of Charmouth is renowned for its famous fossil beach and fossil hunting. Further afield are the diverse attractions of Corfe Castle, Cerne Abbas and its chalk giant, Dorchester - the centre of Hardy’s Wessex, Swanage, Wareham and Weymouth.
