To your right is the door leading to the modern bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower. The main bedroom faces towards the front of the property with super kingsize zip and link bed which can be separated if needed. This bedroom is bright and airy with large bay window and benefits from a Smart TV and plenty of storage. The second bedroom is located next to the main bedroom, has twin single beds and French doors leading onto the patio. The fully equipped kitchen area is open plan with the living and dining areas, and leads out onto the pleasant rear garden. The rear lawned garden is fully enclosed with garden furniture. The garden area benefits from ‘garden chalet’ with double bedroom, walk-in shower room and small kitchen area. A great addition to the property for that extra bit of privacy. The chalet also has a separate gravelled patio area with Chiminea.
The property is located between Babbacombe and Wellswood, with the beautiful Babbacombe downs only a short walk up the road. Immediately opposite the property is a footpath onto Walls Hill, which offers access onto the South West Coast Path. Anstey’s Cove beach is just a 10 minute walk. Torquay town, harbour and beaches are all within walking distance and on nearby bus routes so the property is in a great location for getting around the English Riviera. Beach ⅓ mile
