Bedroom 2: With kingsize zip and link bed, (can be twin beds upon request), TV and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Second Floor:
Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with kingsize bed, TV and en-suite with shower over bath, toilet and basin.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Cot and Highchair. Walled courtyard with covered seating and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars; additional on road parking. No smoking.. As you enter the property through the front door, you find yourself in the open plan downstairs kitchen/dining/living area. This space flows well and is bright and airy being open plan with large sash windows to the rear, however the living area still feels slightly separate to the kitchen. From the living area is a door which leads out onto the rear courtyard patio with outside covered seating, perfect for sitting out in the morning with a cup of coffee or with a glass of wine while winding down in the evening. As you walk upstairs to the first floor you have a convenient separate W/C on the landing. To the right is a good sized double bedroom with TV, en-suite shower room and to the left of the landing is another good sized bedroom with single zip & link beds which can be used as single beds or attached together as a king size. En suite shower room, TV and great views over the valley of Torquay.
On to the second floor and you find yourself in the master bedroom, again with a King size bed and TV. This room has views right across the town and is very bright and welcoming. The en suite bathroom with an L shaped shower bath looks out on to a small green and between the trees the Bay. The property also benefits from a bicycle/storage facility in the private front area of the property which is available on request. The Annexe also boasts off road private parking for 2 cars on the owners private property. Surrounded by the stunning coastline of the English Riviera and sheltered sailing waters, Torquay is a pleasant town which has excellent opportunities for sporting and leisure facilities, and includes a 440-berth marina. In addition to being by the sea, Torquay has diverse shopping and an ever improving dining culture with restaurants for both family and fine dining.
