Behind the beach is a large nature reserve where rare birds can be spotted and the South West Coastal Path offers spectacular views. The property has a lovely south facing conservatory with views towards the sea and a patio terrace in the garden. Close by is the quaint seaside village of Hope Cove, the riverside town of Salcombe, a lovely place where you can take boat rides up the river. The nearest main town is Kingsbridge, an old market town which has a wide range of shops and restaurants. Shops and pub 1/4 mile.
