There are a variety of young children’s’ toys, board games and books in the living area to choose from. The well-equipped kitchen has all a guest would need including electric oven and hob with extractor hood, a microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, four slice toaster and Nutrubullett. Between the kitchen, living and dining area there is a breakfast bar that more than accommodates the number of guests.
Clearview is accessed via a coded, gated parking area and the Penthouse has its own parking spaces with the advantage of CCTV, video entry and coded access. The Penthouse at Clearview has to be one of the most special apartments in Newquay and allows the guests to enjoy a touch of luxury with its well-designed accommodation and panoramic 360° views over Newquay, Fistral Beach, Trevose Head and the coast beyond. In early summer, in the hamlet of West Pentire and Porth/Poly Joke, on the north-east coast, along the coastal path, the arable fields, near Newquay there is the National Trust nature reserve and conservation area, you can enjoy a visit to the spectacular Poppy Fields, they overlook the cliffs above Crantock beach. The Lost Gardens of Helligan at Mevagissey to Vault Beach or Hemmick beach, or enjoy a return trip on the south coast ferry ports between picturesque Fowey and Mevagissey. You are surrounded by spectacular beaches and restaurants, or travel inland visit the Cathedral town of Truro.
