This fully renovated bungalow is 10 min walk to the Cricket Rose Bowl/ Ageas Bowl. 2 double beds and one single, a new fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, all in a nice quiet family neighbourhood. This used to be our own house so quality accommodation. Also 3 car private driveway parking and/or easy parking access for caravans and RVs .We welcome clean pets. Back garden is fully fenced and child and dog proof. Baby equipment can be provided at no extra cost. Short walk to Asda and local shops.
House is also a 20 min drive to either Southampton or Portsmouth city centres and universities. There are local buses to both cities also. 20 mins also gets you to the Southampton docks for cruise liners and ferries to the IOW. The house is at exit 7 of the M27 and exit 5 is Southampton Airport so convenient for flying. There is 3 car parking. Long wide drive makes RV parking easy.
