Renovated throughout in 2021 each apartment has been modern and stylishly furnished with an industrial influence nodding back to their Victorian warehouse heritage. You’ll find luxury touches such as underfloor heating, mood lighting and free standing roll top baths beautifully blended together with modern day conveniences such as Wi-Fi and Smart TV’s. Green and Gold Apartment can both be found on the first floor and boast beamed vaulted ceilings plus a mezzanine level with retro arcade machine. They also benefit from a private parking space within the garage below. The beautiful Pink Apartment is on the ground floor, pet friendly and has use of its own private courtyard with twinkling fairy lights. Parking is available in the pay and display car park literally across the road.
Located between Liverpool and Blackpool along the Sefton Coast, Southport has something to offer everyone including 22 miles of coastline and one of the oldest piers in the UK. Southport’s many attractions include seven championship golf courses (including Royal Birkdale), Marine Lake where you can enjoy a host of water based activities, traditional amusements and a funfair, as well as plenty of bars, restaurants, cafés and shops.
Nature enthusiasts come to visit the Marshside RSPB Nature Reserve, Crosby beach is around a 30-minute drive, and where you’ll find the art installation ’Another Place’ by Antony Gormley and the National Trust’s Formby beach is around 20 minutes and is truly beautiful. Finally, Southport hosts an extensive events programme including the British Musical Fireworks Championships, Southport Food and Drink Festival, Southport Air Show and Southport Flower Show.
