The Corner House is a delightful two-bedroom cottage situated in the village of Branscombe in East Devon, just a 10-minute level walk away from the stunning pebbled beach. There is a timeless magic about Branscombe, known as being one of the prettiest unspoilt villages in Devon, located on the Jurassic Coastline which is a World Heritage Site and its part of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Conveniently located just a short walk from the beach, coastal paths and café, this attractive stone cottage is both comfortable and charming. It is positioned close to the National Trust meadow and a very reputable pub serving excellent food. The fishing village of Beer is a brief drive away, where you can discover the famous Horseshoe Beach and the local fishermen bringing in their catch. Enjoy picturesque walks along the coastal path to Sidmouth in one direction, and Beer and Seaton in the other. Additional local attractions include Beer Quarry Caves, Pecorama, Seaton Tramway, Crealy, Bicton Gardens and the Donkey Sanctuary at Sidmouth.
As you enter the property, you instantly feel at home with the open-plan living space. Its the perfect space for winding down and watching a film after a busy day exploring the coastline. The kitchen is well-equipped, the dining table and chairs provide a great spot for enjoying a family meal, and the living area is comfortably furnished with seating and a Smart TV with Freeview.
Head downstairs to the lower ground floor where you will discover two beautiful bedrooms. The first has a kingsize bed, and the second has a zip and link kingsize bed which can be set up with twin 2ft 6in beds if requested at the time of booking. The family bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, bathtub, sink and there is a separate toilet next to the bathroom.
